Fixed fee - no hidden costs!
YOUR CHOICE OF SOLO MEDIATION
JOINT MEDIATION SESSION
Our fixed fee for mediation is as follows:
A Full Day Mediation $1,500 (inclusive of GST) per party; or
A Half Day Mediation $1,200 (inclusive of GST) per party
Our fixed fee is all inclusive without any hidden costs. This fee includes hiring 2 conference rooms, lunch catering and sustenance, preparation time, intake sessions, joint mediation session, section 60I certificate, drafting a parenting plan and/or heads of agreement (if applicable).
SECTION 60I CERTIFICATE (ONLY)
If your ex-partner is out of contact, we can issue a section 60i certificate for you to file it to the court.
Our fixed fee for an issuance of a section 60i certificate is $440 (inclusive of GST). This includes one hour of intake session with our mediator.
APPLICATION FOR A CONSENT ORDER
Please call us to inquire our capped fee for an application for a consent order (parenting order, financial order or property/maintenance order).
APPLICATION FOR DIVORCE
Please call us to inquire our capped fee for an application for divorce (sole application or joint application).
YOUR CHOICE OF CO-MEDIATION
Our co-mediation of family disputes is carried out through our partner, QUT Family Mediation Centre, which is located in Kelvin Grove.
Co-mediation means a mediation that involves two mediators. In complex situations, co-mediation very often works well as the mediators work in a team to assist the parties in resolving their conflict more efficiently.
The fee for co-mediation is $250 (inclusive of GST) per party. This fee includes drafting of a parenting plan upon your request.
